1. Order Processing & Shipping Time Overview

The total time for your order to reach you includes two key stages: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1.1 Processing Time

Processing time covers order verification, customization (if applicable), quality inspection, and packaging of pet supplies. After you place an order and we receive payment, all orders will usually be sent to our manufacturer or warehouse for dispatch within 72 hours. We strictly check each pet product (such as the integrity of pet toys, the freshness of pet food, and the safety of grooming tools) during processing to ensure the quality of the items you receive.

1.2 Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period from when the item is dispatched from our warehouse to when it arrives at your designated destination. The specific shipping time varies by region and is based on the premise that the ordered pet supplies are in stock. The details are as follows:

2. Shipping Options & Insurance

We provide two shipping options to meet your different needs for pet supplies delivery, both with shipping insurance for your peace of mind.

2.1 Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance

This is our default shipping method, which includes basic shipping security and insurance. If your pet supplies are lost during delivery or arrive damaged, please provide sufficient proof (such as photos of the damaged item, shipping label, and order number). After verification, we will send you a replacement item free of charge, without any additional costs for you.

2.2 Priority Insured Shipping

For customers who need their pet supplies urgently, we offer Priority Insured Shipping. Orders using this method will be prioritized in our daily order dispatch list sent to manufacturers or warehouses. However, due to fluctuations in order volume, the actual delivery time may be similar to Standard Shipping in some cases. This option also includes shipping insurance, providing the same loss and damage protection as the standard option.

3. Special Notes on Delivery

Since we have warehouses in different locations, some orders with multiple pet supplies may be shipped separately, which means different items in the same order may arrive at different times—we will send you a separate shipping notification for each dispatched item. Additionally, it usually takes a few days to a week for tracking numbers to update and display accurate tracking information, so we recommend using a third-party tracking website such as https://17track.net to query the latest logistics status of your order. Please note that for some countries or regions, shipping may take longer than the estimated time due to customs clearance procedures, local transportation conditions, or other unforeseen factors; during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays) or when order volume is high, processing and shipping times may also be extended. We are committed to accelerating the dispatch of each order without compromising product quality, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

4. Order Change Request

If you need to modify your order (such as changing the size of a pet collar, the color of a pet bed, or the shipping address), please send an email to service@kazemim.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Our customer service team will assist you in making the necessary changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to modify it. To avoid inconvenience, please carefully check the product size, color, and other information before placing your order.
