1. Standard Return & Refund Policy

You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged pet supplies within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges). Return shipping costs will be covered by Kazemim for eligible returns.
Please note that the return policy may be adjusted during promotional periods (e.g., holiday sales, flash promotions). We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions of the promotion before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
For Kazemim products purchased from authorized third-party retailers, please contact the respective retailer directly to process returns or exchanges, as their policies may differ from ours.

2. Return Process (Excluding Black Friday & Other Promotions)

To initiate a return for your pet supplies, please follow these steps:
  1. Send an email to service@kazemim.com to request a return label. In the email, please include your order number and the specific pet supply item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond with detailed next steps (including the return label and shipping instructions) within 1-2 business days after receiving your email.
  3. Package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit, and attach the provided return label to the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us as per the instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Damaged Items

We understand that pet supplies may occasionally be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please take the following actions within 14 days of receiving your order:
  • Take clear photos of the damaged pet supply item(s) (including the packaging if applicable) and your order number.
  • Send an email to service@kazemim.com with the photos and order number, and use "DAMAGED" as the email subject line.
Our team will assess the damage promptly and provide solutions such as a free replacement, full refund (including original shipping charges), or other appropriate arrangements based on the situation.

4. Missing Items

If you do not receive all the pet supplies in your order, please contact us immediately by:
  • Sending an email to service@kazemim.com with your order number.
  • Using "MISSING ITEM" as the email subject line to ensure priority handling.
We will investigate the issue with our warehouse and shipping partners. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the missing item(s) to be shipped to you free of charge or process a partial refund for the missing products, depending on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons related to pet use, the following items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:
  • Opened pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Used pet grooming tools (e.g., brushes, combs) that have come into contact with pets
  • Customized pet supplies (e.g., personalized pet collars, engraved name tags)
